    Радио- и телевизионные ITVR-сигналы, надлежащим образом проконтролированные и при необходимости откорректированные, должны быть переданы ОВО с объектов бесплатно в пределах МВЦ в соответствующие помещения правообладателей. Для просмотра внутри МВЦ ОВО должна передавать ITVR-сигналы через замкнутую телевизионную систему (кабельное телевидение). Кроме того, все ITVR-сигналы одновременно должны передаваться ОКОИ для просмотра в ГПЦ, Олимпийскую деревню, медиадеревню (деревни) и в официальный отель, где будет размещаться штаб-квартира МОК.

    delivery of ITVR signals
    ITVR signals, both radio and television, duly monitored and corrected if required, will be delivered from venues by the OBO, free of charge within the IBC to the respective premises of the rights holders. The ITVR signals will be distributed by the OBO within the IBC for monitoring purposes through closed circuit television. In addition, all ITVR signals will be delivered simultaneously by the OCOG for monitoring purposes to the MPC, the Olympic Village, media village(s) and the official IOC headquarters hotel.
